Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Divya’s Scrumptious (“we”, “us”) ships orders placed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

1. Where we deliver

We ship across India to pin codes served by our courier partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery is available. Some perishable bakery items may be available only in selected cities, and this is shown on the product page. We do not currently ship outside India.

2. Order preparation time

Our sweets, namkeen and baked goods are freshly made to order. Most orders are prepared and packed within 1-3 business days. Bulk, custom, gifting and festive orders may take longer, and we confirm the timeline when we accept your order. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, strikes, festive-season volume and courier delays are outside our control.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. If we run a free-shipping offer, it will be shown clearly at checkout and applies only as stated in the offer.

5. Payment

Orders are prepaid only. You can pay by UPI, cards, net banking or wallets through our payment gateway. Cash on Delivery is not available.

6. Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, we send tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp. If you have not received them within 2 days of dispatch, please contact us.

7. Packaging

We pack every order in food-safe packaging made to protect it in transit. Handmade items can shift slightly during shipping, which does not affect quality.

8. Delivery address and failed deliveries

  • Please give a complete, correct address and a phone number you can be reached on.
  • Couriers usually make more than one delivery attempt.
  • If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable phone number or refusal to accept, it may be returned to us. We can re-ship at your cost, but we cannot refund food that spoils because of a failed delivery caused by these reasons.

9. When your order arrives

Please check the package on delivery. If the outer box is visibly damaged or tampered with, take photos or a video before opening it and contact us within 48 hours, as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

10. Storage after delivery

Please read the label and product page for storage and best-before information. Some sweets and bakery items need refrigeration. Consume within the shelf life shown.

11. Festive seasons

We receive many orders during Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, Holi and other festivals. Please order early. We may close order slots or change delivery times during these periods.
