- Details you give us: name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and any message you send through our contact, bulk order or newsletter forms.
- Order information: items ordered, order value and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net banking details.
- Technical information: IP address, browser, device type and pages visited, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
- To accept, prepare, deliver and support your orders.
- To process payments, refunds and invoices.
- To reply to your enquiries and bulk or corporate gifting requests.
- To send offers and updates by email or WhatsApp, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and tax requirements.

We use your data with your consent, to fulfil your order, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate business purposes. By using the website and placing an order, you consent to the use described in this policy.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:
- courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order;
- our payment gateway, to process payments;
- website, hosting, email and analytics providers (for example Google Site Kit and Google Analytics) who help us run the website; and
- government or legal authorities, where required by law.
These providers may only use your data to provide their service to us.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session and understand website traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the website may not work properly without them.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, and as long as tax, accounting and other laws require us to keep order and invoice records.

Our website is not meant for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has given us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Our website may link to other sites, such as Instagram and Facebook. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
