Welcome to the website of Divya’s Scrumptious. By visiting or buying from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Using this website

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate details when ordering and not to misuse the website.

3. Our products

  • Our sweets, namkeen and baked goods are handmade in small batches. Colour, shape, size and weight can vary slightly.
  • Product photos are for illustration. The actual product and packaging may look slightly different.
  • Ingredients, weight, storage and shelf life are shown on the product page and label. Please read them before ordering.
  • Our products are food, not medicine. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and we do not claim that any product treats or cures any condition.

4. Allergen notice

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame and other allergens, so traces may be present in any product. Please check the ingredients and contact us before ordering if you or the person you are buying for has an allergy or dietary restriction. We are not responsible for reactions where the ingredient was listed or the risk of traces was disclosed here.

5. Shelf life and storage

Consume products within the shelf life shown and store them as directed. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by incorrect storage after delivery.

6. Prices and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you place the order is the price you pay. If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

7. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email, SMS or WhatsApp. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if stock is not available, the pin code cannot be served, the information provided is incorrect, or we suspect fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded.

8. Payments

Payments are made online through a secure third-party payment gateway. We accept prepaid orders only. We do not store your card or banking details.

9. Bulk, corporate and custom orders

  • We prepare a quote for each bulk, corporate or custom order, and the order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing.
  • Unless agreed otherwise, we require a 50% advance to start production, with the balance paid before dispatch.
  • Logos, personalised packaging and other branding must be approved by you before production, and lead time depends on the quantity.
  • Once production begins, these orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, except as agreed in writing.

10. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

11. Our content and intellectual property

The website content, including text, photos, videos, logos, product names and design, belongs to Divya’s Scrumptious or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo or message, you confirm it is genuine and lawful, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media with your first name and city. We may remove content that is abusive, false or unlawful.

13. Prohibited use

You must not use the website for anything unlawful, try to hack or disrupt it, place fake or fraudulent orders, or collect data from it by automated means.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (including courier delays, strikes, natural events and payment gateway or internet outages), or for issues caused by incorrect storage or consumption after delivery. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Third-party services and links

We use third parties such as couriers and payment providers. We are not responsible for their acts or for the content of other websites we link to.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its date, applies to your use of the website and to orders placed after the update.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can resolve your concern. If it is not resolved, the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to approach another forum under law.

18. Grievance Officer and contact

We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
